The simplest routes to Selvese Suites from Istanbul Airport (IST) and Sabiha Gökçen (SAW), with practical advice for luggage and late arrivals.

01 — Easiest with luggage
A direct car is the most straightforward choice after a long flight, particularly with children, several bags or a late landing. Traffic makes journey times variable, so allow extra time at busy hours and use the official airport taxi ranks.
02 — From Istanbul Airport (IST)
The rail route is M11 from Istanbul Airport to Gayrettepe, then M2 towards Yenikapı to Şişhane. Selvese Suites is about 700 metres from Şişhane; Galata’s streets include slopes and cobbles, so the final walk is less convenient with heavy luggage. Havaist routes can also be useful, but stops and timetables change: check the official journey planner on your travel day.
03 — From Sabiha Gökçen (SAW)
From Sabiha Gökçen, M4 connects the airport with the Asian side. Reaching Galata requires onward transfers, so it is economical but longer and less convenient with bags. A direct taxi is simpler when comfort matters.
04 — Late arrivals
Check-in begins at 14:00. If you arrive outside reception hours, contact the team beforehand so your digital building access can be arranged. Do not wait until you are at the door to send your arrival details.
